This juicer has a built in handle. The old version had a flip up handle.
This is both a juicer and a food processor. It will juice fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, sprouts, and wheat grass. It is a food processor and does many tasks including mincing, grinding, and homogenizing. It will make nut butters, frozen fruit ice cream sorbet, soy milk, baby food, fresh pasta, and more.
The juicing auger is a heavy duty FDA approved melamine auger. It features a single gear "masticating" juice extraction, creating a high juice yield with very dry pulp and no heat. It is UL and cUL approved.
