Brian Sanderoff: Welcome back to hour #2 of Your Prescription for
Health. We've got a great hour for you. We're going to be joined by
various and sundry people, including some luminaries in the field. We're
very excited to have them on the air and in the studio with us. We're
going to be discussing live foods and green foods.

Now everybody over the years, you've heard people talk about those
green foods. You've heard us talk about either blue green algae, or talk
about things that have chlorella in them. We talk about them in terms of
helping with health in lots of different ways. One of the things that
these sorts of foods do is help alkalinize the system. And as you hear
us talk on the air, that system being too acidic is what then sets us up
for all sorts of chronic diseases to happen, including arthritis, including
osteoporosis, including infections, maybe even the big "C" word, that is
cancer. And so it's important for us to make sure that we keep our
system properly alkalinized.

It's a hard thing to do because we have all of these influences in our
world that we're exposed to that really acidify the system. And of
course, we're talking about things like caffeine and alcohol. We're talking
about things like sugar. And maybe even healthy foods like grains. A lot
of people think, "Wow, I'm eating good 12-grain bread that must be
really healthy for us." But you know what? It acidifies the system. And
so those things need to be properly balanced with foods that can
alkalinize your system.

Fruits and vegetables, of course, those are the foods that we know
about. But also, these green foods do a good job of doing it, and may
be an easier way to do it, because the government says you've got to
eat five fruits and vegetables a day. And you know when it comes to
fruits and vegetables, if the government says five, what you really need,
is probably twice that amount. Very hard to do, but sometimes we find
these foods. Some people call this kind of food the "perfect food." Some
people call it the "first food." And it's a power-packed way of doing it,
and so you need much smaller amounts to really alkalinize your system.

That's what we're going to be talking about in this hour. And we've
got—as I said—lots of people joining us. One of those people happens
to be Brian Clement. Now Brian, are you on with us?

Brian Clement: How are you today?

Brian Sanderoff: Hey I really appreciate you joining us. I have to tell
you, this is the first time that I've met Brian, although it's just on the
phone. But I certainly know of him and know his work, because Brian is
one of the directors of the Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm
Beach Florida, and certainly my listeners are familiar with the Hippocrates
Institute. In fact, I've got a very good friend, and a patient, who spent
some time down there. She had a certain cancer, and her first response
was to go down there and spend a couple weeks to learn a different way
of living, a different way of eating, and relating to the world around us.
That was years and years ago, and certainly, her time spent down there
is something that she attributes to her recovering from her problem.

So Brian, thank you very much for joining us, and welcome to the show.

Brian Clement: Thanks so much.

Brian Sanderoff: Well do me a favor; tell us a little bit about what you
do down there, and who you are, and how you came to do that work.

Brian Clement: Well Hippocrates Health Institute is not only America's
oldest and very first natural health center, whereas you pointed out
people come to reside. The cutting edge, non-invasive therapies,
electromagnetic low-frequency laser, cutting-edge psychology, and a
pure living food diet was founded by a woman back in the 1950's who
healed herself of colon cancer, Ann Wigmore, after she in fact was told
by the Harvard Medical Hospital Mass General she was going to go and
die, which today, by the way, in 2003 is really pretty much what
happens with most colon cancer patients.

Brian Sanderoff: Right.

Brian Clement: When I was a young guy, I lived up in the northeast; up
in the God forsaken weather you're all experiencing now. I know you're
all laughing, but you're really not. And I was about 240 pounds. Matter
of fact, in the early '60's I used to play in rock clubs in the Philadelphia
area, and up in Baltimore and in New York City. Smoked three packs of
cigarettes a day and was on my way to death, as most of my family
have very well achieved, by either cancer or diabetes, whatever else they
may contract along the way. And somehow I wasn't that smart. I just
hit my head one day, woke up and realized, "My gosh, I can't do this.
This isn't going to end up anywhere but bad."

And so I became a vegetarian without knowing much about what that
was, and slowly, within a matter of just three or four years became a
living food consumer. And for the listeners, what living food is, it's a
vegetarian diet that's organic. And it's raw food, very heavy emphasis
on sprouts, sea algae and freshwater algae, which we're probably going
to speak about today.

Why we are emphasizing it at Hippocrates—which by the way, in the
year 2000, when it went from 1999 to 2000 we were deemed the #1
medical spa in the world. More people have come here and healed
disease than anyplace else on the planet. Why we deem those three
foods ourselves to be powerful, they're the most nutritious foods on
the planet.

Now let's talk about this. Sprouts, and certainly lead by things like
wheatgrass, which has been the most popular health food globally for
the last 12 years, are really 10-30 times—now listen, get your pens and
papers out—10-30 times more nutritious then the best vegetables,
which would be things like kale and broccoli, etcetera.

Sea algae, which are things like nori, which you see wrapped around
that God forsaken dead fish, sushi. Better than that, there's some
vegetarian things. And arame, dulse, and hiziki, etcetera, whole kelp,
this is the most nutritious food in the ocean and that's what actually
has created the largest animal in the ocean, which is called what, the
blue whale, and the largest animal on the planet.

And third are freshwater algae. Now freshwater algae—you mentioned
two of them as we came on—are chlorella, which are green algae and
blue green algae. And the best varieties in the world actually come out
of Klamath Lake in Oregon. And why that is, quite simply, is because
that lake is so filled in minerals that that little single-cell life form, that
single-cell entity, has thought, "I don't have to put a hard shell on my
exterior," as is Spirulina. Spirulina has a very hard shell. So even though
we have nutrients in this you can't get them out of it, because it's like
taking an egg and swallowing it. It comes out whole the other side.

But Hippocrates focuses on cutting-edge therapy, technology, always
staying up to date. Those three foods—and they're not the foods most
of the listeners out there are eating—but look, if I could learn to like
them and love them. And I've helped tens of thousands of people in my
30 year career do this. Anyone listening can, providing you have enough
integrity to want to live. You really respect life enough. It's enough to
talk about health. It's about time we, here in America, start to act on it
and follow through.

Brian Sanderoff: Okay, so tell us about this blue green algae that comes
from Lake Klamath. Now there's this product that we're going to be
offering a special on today to our listeners that you have some
experience with, called E3 Live out of this company called Vision. Can
you share some of your experiences with us?

Brian Clement: Well let's start and go back 15-16 years ago. Victoras
Kulvinskas—some of the listeners may know him—author of a book
called "Survival in the Twenty-first Century" came to me and said, "Do
you realize in Asia, for instance in Japan, 65 percent of the population
gets up daily and takes a supplement called algae?" And my immediate
reaction was, "Gee that sounds very strange."

But he wise as he is enough to send me a compilation of research that
has been collected over a 50-year period globally. And I was absolutely
dumbfounded. I knew nothing about this. I always love when I find
things I know nothing about, because then I have a lot to work on and
learn. And I read that diligently, and within a matter of about 30 days I
started my first research studies at the Institute about 15 years ago.

And what we did is we separated the group of 294 people into two. One
was on a clay we put in veggie capsules, and we were telling them they
were on algae. Of course, the other half of the group of approximately
150 was on algae. And we did a double-blind study for about 18
months and our socks were blown off, because here we were believing
that we had the top dietary program in the world, with the proof of
thousands of people healing disease on it, and fighting off aging as I've
done and everyone else who's on it. And I was shocked when I put
people on this, along with everything else we were doing, they were
getting some improvements.

Now let's go one step further. For the first three years, I actually
thought it was the trace minerals and the minerals that were in it, that
are unique to that lake. It is a volcanic ash lake, and around that were
very active volcanic mountains that actually, at the bottom of that lake,
has laid about 8-10 feet of sedimentation.

To top it all off, when you hear Oregon, the listeners, you think rain.
This part of Oregon hardly ever rains. It's sunny practically every day.
This time of the year it's usually 50-60 degrees, and in the summer it's
about 100 degrees and sunny every day. With that happening, very
thick sedimentation, 8, 9, 10 feet, at the bottom of this incredible, no
better in the world, mineral-rich soil, very shallow lake, by the way, very
shallow water with heating sunlight.

The phytochemical process that goes on there, and the photosynthesis
process that goes on there, is unique to any place else in the world, as I
mentioned earlier, with no shell, or no hard part going on to this.

So now at first I though this is what it was. It was a mineralization. Now
this is—listen carefully, because what I'm going to say is the most
important thing I'll probably talk to you about algae today—after about
3 years we have about 75 percent of our guests return to us, to
Hippocrates. And I have files sometimes that stand 4 or 5 inches in
front of me of guests who've come here over the last 40-50 years. And
blood tests and history are there.

Now as a scientist, the one thing that I was sure of is that constitutions
never change. What a constitution is really the state of physiological
health that a person is born with that literally comes down from great-
ancestry; grandparents, parents, etcetera. Now one can have a bad or a
weak constitution, as do most people below 50 in our culture.

Almost everyone listening today, below 50, has a weak constitution, and
live an impeccable lifestyle; eating well, having positive attitudes,
exercising, and live a long, healthy life. But we thought gee, you can
never change the constitution. Having a weak constitution—if you can
picture it—is like pouring cement, but not putting enough water, or
putting too much water in it. And it’s the foundation of your health. And
you're going to have cracks, and crevices and holes in that.

Now what I started to see after three years of observation and blood
profiles is that constitutional states started to get strong and healthy.
Now this blew my mind, because I had to speak to 10-20 different
scientists I knew, who were much brighter and wise than I on this
subject. And all of them basically said it's impossible, and by the end, all
20, along with me, realized that this was what was happening.

You were actually, by taking this algae, filling up the cracks and crevices,
so the foundation of who you are physiologically, as well as health; your
immunological system, your organ system, the blood, everything that
has to do with you as a physical being, literally was getting stronger. So
now if you have a strong constitution, live an impeccable lifestyle, guess
what? You will not only have a long, healthy life, you will have a longer, a
higher quality, and a much healthier life, and fighting off the aging
process.

Now let's flip the page. Let's take a breath everyone listening. What we
discovered is that this life form, blue green algae, was the very first life
form on this planet that spread and allowed all other life to occur,
because it created the oxygen.

Brian Sanderoff: That's why they call it the "first food."

Brian Clement: The "first food," now you got it. This was the very first
life form on this planet that gave all other creatures, including us, and
plants, etcetera, the ability to live. Now that's what I would call
fundamental, or "A" in the alphabet, or 1 in numbers.

Brian Sanderoff: Absolutely.

Brian Clement: What we had finally come to a conclusion, after about
another 2 or 3-year study, going back about 10 or 11 years ago now, is
that this was a very direct, very powerful, but very, very subtle form of
nutritional supplementation that nobody had ever understood before or
researched before, because if you take "A" in the alphabet, what part of
the body is "A," the DNA. What makes each and every one of us, the
6,000,257,000 people that live on this planet now, different is our DNA.
And our DNA is the most fundamental part of a human being.

So what was happening is that this bluegreen algae (literally A) was
affecting "A", the DNA in the body, filling up the cracks and crevices and
giving us superior health. If anyone out there listening today after this
show doesn't consume E3 Live, which is a whole another story, we can
get on to, literally you have to be out of your mind. You're probably
wasting and blowing money on supplementation that's not only bad for
you, but dangerous for you in most cases. Not to say all of it is. About
8 percent of supplements on the market today are good, biologically
active supplementation. Ninety-two percent that means are chemical,
out of factories and laboratories, that literally your immune system gets
weakened by, and can further disease.

Brian Sanderoff: Hey Brian, I want to try to break this down into terms
that people can understand, because right now there are people
listening who have specific health issues and concerns. And so I want to
put it in their language. I'm going to go through a list of things. You tell
me whether these are true or not, that people can expect to see these
results when they use a product like the E3 Live. They'll see increased
energy levels. You know as I was talking about in the beginning, it will
help to counteract the acidifying factors that we have in our diet and our
lifestyle.

Brian Clement: No question.

Brian Sanderoff: A feeling of well-being, increased mental focus and
concentration. You know there are a lot of us that are walking around
with that brain fog. We think it's really a human growth hormone
deficiency, or that we have to take DHA.

Brian Clement: This has the exact same fat in it that your brain is made
mostly of. And that's why that works so effectively. Keep going.

Brian Sanderoff: And so that's why it helps with the nervous system as
well. So anything, as far as focus, and concentration and memory is
going to be affected by this.

Brian Clement: It's phenomenal.

Brian Sanderoff: How about mood swings?

Brian Clement: Phenomenal, depression. It helps serotonin—which most
serotonin is created in the gastrointestinal tract—grow better because
of the high protein content. It's over 50 percent by weight protein, the
most protein-rich food on the planet earth.

Brian Sanderoff: Now when I look at the vitamin and mineral content I
see lots of antioxidants in here.

Brian Clement: You're not only seeing the antioxidants we humans have
discovered so far. I would probably render to believe that there's
dozens, if not hundreds, of other antioxidants which we just don't
know about at this stage.

Brian Sanderoff: Right, I agree with you, that we haven't even identified
yet. How about when it comes to detoxifying the body?

Brian Clement: That should have been we started, because what this
does first—and you hear, of course it's good to say it's going to give
you energy—those of you out there that are poisoned and toxic
because you've been eating bad, and sitting around not exercising, at
first you're not going to feel energy. That first few days you may feel
detoxification; where you're going to see the liver cleansed, and the
intestinal tract cleansed, etcetera. After that the energy is going to
start, and slowly but surely propel itself and grow more and more.

Brian Sanderoff: How about--this is a note that was just handed to me
in the studio—how about normalization of cholesterol?

Brian Clement: What you have to understand about cholesterol is that
the liver is what in your body, along with the gall bladder, regulates all
stats, and puts out and secretes the amount of cholesterol, healthy
cholesterols the body needs. By using the E3 Live, it actually regulates
gall bladder and liver function. It also cleanses these items, and this is
why it's incredibly good. Probably there's no better product in the world
to help cholesterol.

Brian Sanderoff: Okay, and so you would actually see this is as a
substitute, or as a viable multivitamin for most people.

Brian Clement: Not only a substitute, I think that it's a bad, bad, bad
thing to think a multiple vitamin is even close to this. This blows multiple
vitamins off the earth.

Brian Sanderoff: All right, that's great. Hey Brian, we've got to do a little
bit of business. When we come back we're going to be joined on the
phone by Michael Saiber. Now he's the guy who owns this Vision
company. And so he's going to tell us a little bit about the processing of
this product. And we'll keep you around to get your comments as well,
okay?

[Commercial]

Brian Sanderoff: All right, welcome back to Your Prescription for Health.
Welcome. This hour we're discussing blue green algae. And we're
discussing a very specific product that's called E3 Live that comes from
Lake Klamath. And we're going to introduce Michael Saiber, who is the
guy who is the driving force behind being able to bring this product to
you.

All right, now I would like to welcome to the air Mr. Michael Saiber. Are
you there, Michael?

Michael Saiber: Yes, I am. Thank you very much.

Brian Sanderoff: Hey, thanks for joining us. I really do appreciate it.
Now you've been listening, and Brian did a really good job of sort of
describing the background here. But now we bring you into the picture,
because you have this company called Vision, and you make this
product called E3 Live. Why don't you tell us, first of all, about how you
came to be so passionate about this product, and why you felt so
driven to make it available?

Michael Saiber: Actually, I came about to try it maybe 10 years ago,
because of my cousin feeling so strongly about it, and asking me to try
it from actually another company, one of the original companies that
harvested the food. Let me state also, depending upon on how one
view's life and the world, this is not anything that is formulated by us.
This is created by God or nature. It's a naturally occurring food. It's a
wild grown food.

Brian Sanderoff: And my experience is that when it comes to, not just
nutrition, but to answers to our health, that's where we're supposed to
look. We're supposed to look out the window into nature, and see what
nature provides for us.

Michael Saiber: Yes, very much. Now let me introduce Tamera, who's on
the line with us. She is my partner.

Brian Sanderoff: Hi Tamera.

Tamera Campbell: Good morning.

Brian Sanderoff: How are you?

Tamera Campbell: I'm fine, thank you.

Brian Sanderoff: Good.

Michael Saiber: My experience occurred by finding it by way of the
company that introduced me to it. I felt very strong results from it. It
was very surprising to me, because for 30 years I've been eating very
carefully and I find that when I eat live, living organic foods I feel best.
And I had found out about Brian many years ago, because Brian went
originally, as he told you, up to the Hippocrates in Boston. And I went
up there too to investigate it and found that it was very real, and that
Brian, back in the early '70's when he was just starting out to form his
Hippocrates Health Institute.

Brian Sanderoff: One of the things that I noticed is that this product
comes to the user in a very unique way. And you had mentioned other
companies who make blue green algae available. But the way that you
guys make it available, it actually comes as a frozen product. Explain
why that is.

Michael Saiber: Well I tried it. I couldn't get it the way I wanted from the
other companies. All I could get it was in an encapsulated form. I went
up to the lake and I looked for the best harvester that I could find--the
most ethical and the purest—which was Tamera. And I proposed a
partnership with her. She is the only harvester that's actually a native,
born and raised on that lake. And she knew about it from the time that
she was a little girl, and saw the very first person that was actually
harvesting it in modern times. And when I say in modern times, this has
actually been consumed by indigenous people over a period of probably
thousands of years. But in modern times there was a man who was
working for the federal government space program, the NASA program.
And they were looking for a food, a light-weight, extremely nourishing
food to take up into space. He then left the federal government and
started harvesting himself. And that was probably 20-some years ago,
and that was the beginning of the discovery of the Aphanizomenon flos-
aquae, which is actually the scientific name for this food, which actually
translates into "invisible flower of the water." We call it E3 because it's
much easier.

Brian Sanderoff: Well I like that, Earth's Essential Elements, that's
where E3 comes from, right?

Michael Saiber: That's exactly right, yes. Most people don't connect with
that. You picked it up right away. That is the E3. So what happened, I
proposed a partnership with her, and because of my background of
knowing that foods that are live are more powerful than anything
processed, when I got on the harvester, the first thing I wanted to do
was try it live. And when I did, I noticed a significant difference. I said,
"This is something incredible." And that was the actual beginning of it.
And really, to a large extent, we have Brian to thank for bringing it to
the public, because you can't take something out of the wild, put it on a
shelf and sell it to anybody. You have to go through a process. And
Brian gave us encouragement and said, "I want you to do this. I want
you to go, whatever the testing is, and everything you need to do so
that I can offer it to the people that come to my Hippocrates Health
Institute.

Brian Sanderoff: I'm thinking about processing, and I'm thinking about
again, other companies that make this product available. But they go
through a different processing procedure, and really that starts to beat
up the nutritional value of it, doesn't it?

Michael Saiber: Well it does, yes, anything that you do to change
something. In fact, I'll let Tamera tell you. She has a very good analogy
that she uses to show the difference between the different processes,
and she'll explain it because she takes care of all of the harvesting and
all of the technical things.

Brian Sanderoff: Tamera?

Tamera Campbell: What Michael was talking about, nutritional integrity
of the product is what I think is the most important thing about E3 Live.
And it's definitely what my focus is for the product in the overall picture.
Nutritional integrity starts from the basis of where we begin to harvest.
Michael alluded to the fact that this Aphanizomenon flos-aquae, or AFA,
which is E3 Live is often called "the invisible flower of the water." But
really, when it blooms, which is what we gather or what we harvest, is
this bloom, it's really not invisible because it's a very thick bloom of this
algae, and it looks like a big, thick green carpet. It becomes very thick.
Now when we go out and we search for this, we have onboard
microscopes that we use, and we start by viewing the quality of the
algae. What color does it look like? What does the surrounding algal
strands look like? Is it fresh? Does it have any aged or older algae
strands that would be undesirable? What we're really looking for is kind
of like the sprouts of the algae, the new growth if you will. That's the
most important thing. So that's how we began our selection process.

Then next we go into our harvesting process. We gently remove it out
of the water, and within just a few moments we can get it to our
onboard refrigeration system where we start bringing it down to very
close to the freezing point almost immediately. Then we next take it
through a "potentizing" process and on to our shore-based facility
where it immediately goes into the freezer. And the duration, from the
point of the harvest to the time that we actually get it frozen is what
maintains that nutritional integrity. And what I mean by the nutritional,
what I’m concerned with in the end, is I want to know that I have the
highest chlorophyll content that's possible, because that's one of the
very important parts of the algae. I also want to know that the over 62
vitamins, minerals, the amino acids, the fatty acids, that all of these are
intact and that they're present. And also, it's important to maintain the
enzyme activity of it, because I think that's what's so significant about
the E3 Live is because you've got to have those enzymes for vitamins
and minerals. They have to be attached to a vitamin in order for them to
be assimilated, so all of these things in the big picture are what I'm
concerned with when I look at the quality. It has to be fresh. It has to
be very viable. It has to be very nutrient dense, nutrient packed, very
high chlorophyll. And we have to go very quickly from the water to the
freezing point.

Often I get asked, "What's the difference between the dried powder and
the E3 Live", this fresh-frozen version, and the only thing that I can say
is that the powder is a very, very phenomenal food that has great
benefits. So I think that you can't beat it. However, what I did notice is
that you could do better. And when I felt that I did better is when I
noticed a difference in my body, or how I felt in taking the E3 Live
compared to when I just eat the powder.

And I really came up with this analogy of how I felt that a person could
relate to it. And for me I said it was the difference between a dried apple
slice and eating a fresh, juicy apple. Both of them are really good for
me, but the juicy apple has all the life force in it. It has the enzymes. It
has those really good vitamins and minerals, much more compared to
the dried version of it.

And so that's what I decided would be my end focus when I looked at
the algae, how vital is it? How much life force do we have in it? Is it really
full of vitality? Does it have nutritional integrity? And when I can answer
all of those things and clearly say yes, I know I have a product that's
ready to go.

Brian Sanderoff: Right. Well I also want to introduce Perry Castle. Now
Perry is in the studio with me here. And Perry is the guy who originally
introduced this product to me. You walked into my store probably about
6-7 weeks ago and we had a nice conversation. Certainly I was very
aware of blue green algae, but not necessarily the processing
differences. Perry, tell us a little bit about yourself. I'll brag a little bit on
you. Now you used to actually be the personal chef for Gary Null, right?

Perry Castle: That's correct.

Brian Sanderoff: So you know this whole food thing pretty well.

Perry Castle: Yes. I'm very excited to be sharing the microphone with
Brian, because very much his life is sort of a mirror of my life, because I
used to be also in the music industry, abused my body, three packs of
cigarettes a day. And so I can really relate. Not only that, but I went as
far as to have seven major car accidents because of blood sugar, and
also affected my prostate. I had a background where my mom ran many
health food stores, and she helped many people get well, in fact cured
herself of cancer.

And I saw all that, but I needed to have my own experience, which all of
us need to have. That was a change for me. But when the crisis came in
my life I had to do something. I took all of that hidden knowledge that
was given to me. I began to apply it into my life, and I began to do a
study on green food. I recognized that green food was a balancing
food. I don't really even know how I knew that, but it's something that I
targeted.

I did research after research, and I began to make combinations for
myself, and working with Gary Null was monumental for me as well
because I learned tremendous things from him in designing foods to
help people heal. Because we know that the nutrients in our foods is the
key to life and longevity, and in healing and detoxification like we talked
about earlier.

But the significant thing that happened in my life was when I was in
Arizona, and I was talking to a man on a property that we were staying
on. My wife and I travel extensively and work with people with lifestyle
counseling. And this man talked about a time when he thought about
raising Spirulina, and he told me about this algae that grew in Klamath
Lake. My interest peaked tremendously, so we decided that we were
going to go to the lake. But before we made it to the lake we had
stopped at a friend’s house clear across the country, and in the
refrigerator was this bottle of E3 Live.

And she said, "Sure, have some." And so my wife and I, we had no idea
what it really was, and we drank a half a bottle. And we had the most
dynamic experience of our lives with the food. And that's the
excitement, the adrenaline that you can hear in my voice, is how I began
to correspond with Michael, and one thing led to another and we began
working together, and offering it to some of the people we helped. It's
been incredible.

One of the things that’s been interesting, and most of the audience is
aware of Dr. Perricone, who has the wrinkle cure, and he talks about
eating lots of salmon. Now think about something. What do fish eat
that gives them the healthy fats? They eat algae. They eat green foods
from the waters. And so why get it in a secondary source when you can
get it in a primary source.

It's just like the reason why people think that they need to eat meat,
because they want to get the protein. Well what do cows eat, grass.
And so if we can get it in the primary source, we can not only see
definite health changes and quality, but we can also see an anti-aging
process take place which is what Perricone is proposing with his book.

Brian Sanderoff: Right. And there are many of us who walk around
looking considerably younger than chronologically we are. Brian Clement,
I understand that's the case with you. They told me how old you are. I
don't believe it.

Brian Clement: Well that's because everyone I know has bad eyesight.

Brian Sanderoff: Oh there it is. And Michael I understand the same thing
with you. And I think that that's probably true of a lot of people who
work in this industry and understand things properly, is that generally
we look a hell of a lot younger than we actually are.

Michael Saiber: One of the things, Brian, that was very significant to me,
and what really got my notice—and I actually use this term—in a way
this actually was like a fountain of youth to me, because the way that I
originally tested it was in terms of my endurance in swimming. So I
wanted to see would it make any significant difference in the way that I
perform.

So what I would is I would warm up and then I would sprint, and this is
what I do virtually every day. And then I time myself, so I can tell on any
given day how much endurance, or how much energy, depending on
how much sleep I got or stress, or what's happening in my life. This
started increasing, the Aphanizomenon; the E3 started increasing my
endurance to the point where it got my attention so much that that was
a driving force in what happened. It made me better than I was when I
used to compete as an athlete as a kid, and I did very well then, and
that was 45 years ago.

Brian Sanderoff: It's interesting that you mention that, because I have
started training for my very first marathon. I'm going to be running the
Pittsburgh marathon in May. And again, it's no coincidence that these
things come into your life at certain times. And so using the E3 Live is
something that I've started to do with my training program and my
supplement program as well. There's no question that I seem to be
advancing easier and quicker than my friends that I'm training with at
the same time.

Now Perry, real quickly, we need to go to another commercial break, but
one of the things I asked you to do for me was to put together a
package that would be a special for my listeners specifically, because I
like to take care of my listeners and I like them to have the best possible
options, and the best possible monetary value that we can. So tell us
about the special that we've put together for people, and how they can
take advantage of it.

Perry Castle: It's a very exciting special. One of the things, obviously we
talked about, is the fact that it is frozen and it's shipped frozen, and it's
also shipped 2-day air. We ship four bottles, and the shipping is a little
high. So what we've done to offset that shipping is give a free bottle
with it. We also have something called Green Blend! {We now have a
new version of this called E3 Renew Me! Emerald Blend} which is for
hair, skin, nails, bone and cartilage, very good for people with arthritis.
So what we do with that is we give an intro size of that with it, and also
something called E3 Enzymes. Enzymes are extremely, extremely
important. Brian, you might want to just say a little bit about enzymes.

Brian Clement: Well our bodies are first and foremost electric, and the
way that nature has provided for us to continue that electric, high
frequency self is through enzymes. And enzymes are only really
naturally found in raw, vegetarian foods such as the E3 Live.

Brian Sanderoff: Okay. And boy, my listeners are well aware of that, and
digestive enzymes are something that we've been talking about, and
actually Brian, comment on this. One of the ways that we measure when
life actually ends is when there's no more enzymatic activity in the body.

Brian Clement: Absolutely. If you look at the modern, the cutting-edge
in diagnostic technology, pet scans and all of that, it all is about
electromagnetic frequency. You're born. A sperm and an egg come
together. It's an enzyme activity that creates human life. When you die,
as you pointed out, it's enzymes that eat the body up and put it back
to soil again.

Brian Sanderoff: And the digestive enzymes that we need to use to
digest our foods are big molecules and use up a lot of the materials. So
anything that we can do to assist in digestion will make other enzymatic
activity in the body happen smoother.

Brian Clement: It's so important. It's not what you eat, or how much
nutrition is in there, it's how much you take out of the nutrition that in
it.

Perry Castle: Right, and the enzymes.

Perry Castle: Yes. The other products, they're about a month.

Brian Sanderoff: All right. Welcome back. Boy, an hour really goes fast
when we're having fun. So we've got some other things that we want to
take care of. But first of all, tell us about the guarantee real fast, Perry.

Perry Castle: An unbelievable guarantee.

Brian Sanderoff: It's a real guarantee.

Perry Castle: It's a real guarantee. In fact, if you don't get the results
that you desire, you get all your money back, up to one year. So that
means they could use it as much as they wanted, come back to us and
say, "Hey listen, didn’t like it." And believe it or not—

Brian Sanderoff: It doesn't happen too often, does it?

Perry Castle: Less than one percent, right. One of the things I wanted
to mention before we forget, and that is about the defrosting process.

Brian Sanderoff: Oh yeah, tell us about it real quick. We have about two
minutes left.

Perry Castle: Okay. Very simply, there's a couple of ways that it can be
done; either you can put it in your refrigerator—and it takes about a
day and a half to get a decent amount. You don't want to defrost the
whole bottle, because it only lasts for seven days because it is a live
food, and we want to keep the enzymes intact.

Brian Sanderoff: So Perry, basically the bottom line is, you defrost a
little bit of it at a time—

Perry Castle: A portion of it, that's correct.

Brian Sanderoff: --either by putting it in the fridge for a little bit—

Perry Castle: That's correct.

Brian Sanderoff: --or taking the bottle out and putting it in some warm
water. And then you pour off the stuff that defrosted. You put the rest
back in the freezer.

Perry Castle: Not quite to warm water, but maybe tepid water.

Brian Sanderoff: Tepid water.

Perry Castle: Right, because we don't want to damage it.

Brian Sanderoff: Right.

Perry Castle: It is very fragile.

Brian Sanderoff: All right, great. And then you take about a tablespoon
a day. That's a typical dose. Some people like you and I will fill up a jug
of water, put it in there, and that's something that we'll drink all day
long and get a slow, steady influx.

Perry Castle: That's correct.

Brian Sanderoff: Hey Brian Clement, thank you very much for joining us,
any final words on this?

Brian Clement: Well thank you so much. I just am very happy that
you're speaking about this product, because it's the most important
supplement that's hit the 21st century. Really, be well.

Brian Sanderoff: Everybody, thanks for joining us. Hang in there. We'll
see you next week.
