Paraflex Premium Non-stick sheets:This Excalibur dehydrator includes 9 mesh sheets. The Paraflexx Premium non-stick sheets are not included with the dehydrator. Additional Paraflexx non-stick sheets are available for $7.50 each. Please select the quantity of sheets you need from the drop-down menu above the 'Add to Cart' button. Most people purchase nine extra Paraflexx sheets.
The non-stick sheets are required for certain recipes, such as fruit leather / fruit roll ups, raw crackers and breads, and sticky recipes made with dried fruits and honey.
This economy model 2900 is available in the black color only. Models 3500 and 3900 are available in white or black color.
The Parallexx design, with a temperature controlled, fan forced, horizontal drying system mounted in the rear is exclusive to the 2000 Series. The same features found in Excalibur's USDA approved commercial model...in an affordable home unit.
