The new GreenStar Elite model offers the following enhancements over other Green Star models:
Jumbo twin gears (about 1" longer than the standard GreenStar twin gear juicers) which support three stage extraction, pressing, mixing and crushing.
Because the GreenStar Elite twin gears are longer, so are the screens, which allow for more surface area for juice to flow across before being extracted into the juice collection bowl.
Optional Accessories: Pasta Kit attachment, and the GSE Soft Fruit Outlet Adjusting Knob SKU: GSE007SF:We have the Pasta Kit attachment for making fresh pasta. Convert your Green Star Elite into a pasta press with the pasta maker set. Set to conveniently press your ready made pasta dough into perfect noodles every time. This kit is an extra $60. The GreenStar Elite with Pasta Kit is called model GSE-5300.
The Soft-Fruit Attachment is not included with the juicer. It is available for an extra $10. Please select this option from the drop-down menu above.
This special Soft-Fruit attachment allows you to juice softer fruits. If you plan to juice citrus fruits, watermelon or pineapple you will find this attachment indispensable! The Soft Fruit Knob allows pulp from softer fruit to make its way out of the juicer when it would normally back up when using the regular knob.
