These 9" X 23.5" cabbage slicers are finely hand crafted with three razor sharp (17/10 stainless steel) cutting blades to get the job done.
Note: The blades on this slicer are not adjustable. The distance between the blade and the surface is 5 mm. The stainless steel cabbage slicer has adjustable blades.
The Wooden Cabbage Shredder has been improved to be solid beechwood instead of the white melamine surface / particle board that was an issue in the past due to the surface flaking off.
