Samap Grain Mill / Rice Cooker Samap French Manual Stone Grain Mill Featuring the Samap French Manual Stone Grain Mill!
Our most popular seller, the Samap Mill is simple, robust and easy to use. Place your grain of choice in the upper rotatable millstone, and turn the handle - that’s all you have to do to produce fluffy, fresh flour!
You can adjust the rate at which the grain flows from the hopper, and the fineness of the flour.
The Samap manual grain mill employs grinding stones made of all natural stone; Naxos/Basalt embedded in stabilized Magnesite.
These grinding stones will not need to be sharpened even after years of continuous use. The adjustable feeding speed feature allows the grinding capacity to be set according to the grain to be milled.
Durum wheat, for example, is harder than normal wheat and needs to be fed-in more slowly.
You can grind all kinds of dry and hard grain; only the oily grains that would 'cake' the stones should be avoided.
Grains that can be ground include rice, millet, wheat, rye, oats, corn / maize, buckwheat, and barley.
Features of the Samap manual grain mill -
Manual Operation – great for food storage and emergency preparedness
The mill can be fixed on a table with the aid of two clamps.
Portable, Non-Electric – convenient to use no matter where your location
Simple and safe to use
All natural, hard grinding stones

In order to allow for people of very different physical strength to use the mill, and to keep the physical effort required to a minimum, SAMAP have built in double roller bearings which run on a stainless steel (rustless) vertical spindle, the lower part of which is embedded in the base.
In your own kitchen, you can mill hard dry & non-oily cereals and pulses, rice, wheat, rye, oats, barley, and buckwheat. It is also possible to produce oat flakes by milling de-hulled or hull-less oats on a fairly coarse setting.
