These are beautiful fermenting sauerkraut crock pots made in Germany. Available sizes include 5, 7, 10, 16 and 26 Liter. The package includes the crock body, lid, stone weights, and instructon manual.

This listing is for the Form 2 crock. We also carry the 10 Liter Form 1 K&K crocks. The difference is Form 1 has straight walls, while Form 2 has a bulbous shape.

In Europe, these are sold under the brand name "Kerazo." These crocks are hand crafted and come complete with the lid, stone weight stones, side handles, and a simple instruction recipe booklet.

These Kerazo Crocks, Form 1, come with the Sauerkraut Crock, Lid, Stones weights, and Instruction Manual.

The recipes included are basic. I recommend checking out a book from the library for better recipes. We carry the book "Making Sauerkraut and Pickled Vegetables at Home: Creative Recipes for Lactic Fermented Food to Improve Your Health" by Klaus Kaufmann. "Fermented Vegetables" by Kirsten K. Shockey, or the sauerkraut fermentation books by author Sandor Ellix Katz.
